Friday Bulletin – 19th May 2017

19 May 2017

Dear Parents and Carers,

Our school Councillors organised a non-uniform day today to raise money to develop our playground. Thank you for your generous donations; we are hoping to raise enough funds to provide some stimulating play equipment and playground markings that all our children can enjoy. The latest count is £1138 – an amazing amount! Well done to Eadie, Andrew, Oliver and Georgia.

Our new caretaker, Mr Elliott, has been working hard to make the school grounds as attractive and stimulating as possible. I would particularly like to thank him for the new addition to the early year’s outdoor area this week (see the photos below).

Thank you to everyone taking part in the Children’s Cancer Run at Gosforth Park this weekend. I’m sure, if last year is anything to go by, the atmosphere will be great and hopefully the sun will shine too.

I hope you have a lovely weekend.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs A Whistler

Headteacher
