Friday Bulletin – 20th April 2018

20 April 2018

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are delighted that Ian Roberts (Director of Music at Newcastle Cathedral) will be coming into school to work with Year 3 on Wednesdays during this half term. He will teach each class various songs as well as developing general musical skills. He will also try and give each pupil a small flavour of life as a Cathedral Chorister. We already have a Kells Lane pupil singing as a boy chorister. If you think this is something your child would be interested in, please see our ‘news’ section for more details.

Thank you for supporting our book fair this week. You have helped us to raise over £300 to spend on books for school.

What a glorious week it has turned out to be. I hope the good weather continues over the weekend!

Yours sincerely,

Mrs A Whistler

Headteacher
