Friday Bulletin – 4th November 2016

4 November 2016

Dear Parents and Carers,

We have had an action-packed first week back with Year 4 visiting the Hancock Museum, Year 1 at the Castle Keep in Newcastle and Year 6 learning about the life of Anne Frank through an excellent workshop.

Our school choir and orchestra are also in full swing of rehearsals for some special events coming up later this term. There are lots of things going on in school each week. With this in mind, we are aiming to update our website each Friday so do please have a look at our posts.

You will know that school budgets are increasingly tight and that most schools actively fund raise to top up. This week we launched a new initiative selling Christmas puddings and other treats. With your support, we will use any income generated to help fund our school library project. Many thanks for your generosity.

Have a good weekend.

Yours sincerely,

Mrs A Whistler

Headteacher
