Friday Bulletin & Diary Dates – 30th November 2018

30 November 2018

Dear Parents and Carers,

On Thursday, we welcomed lots of prospective parents for an open afternoon. Children from Year 5 and Year 6 gave an accomplished presentation on what it’s like to be a pupil at Kells Lane. They then gave the parents a very professional tour of the school and grounds, answering questions on the go, and giving lots of additional information. I would like to say an enormous thank you to Joseph G, Edith, Oliver, James B, Thomas, Marla, Joe, Joseph E, Layla, Will, Ben, Millie, Theo, James A, Hannah, Holly, Max, Maisie and Ruby. I am incredibly proud of you all.

We are getting ready to celebrate Christmas at Kells Lane. Our youngest children are busy practising their Nativity play and all children from Year 1 to Year 6 are learning Christmas carols ready for a traditional carol service at the end of term.

Next Friday afternoon is our Christmas Fair. We are looking forward to welcoming you for lots of festive fun and games. Thank you for all your kind donations to our chocolate, bottle and teddy bear tombola. There is still time to donate and we would also be grateful for any raffle prizes. Many thanks for your generosity.

I hope you have a lovely weekend.

Yours sincerely,

 Mrs A Whistler
